Refund and Returns Policy
Vinyl Records
Sealed vinyl records may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition. Once a vinyl record has been opened, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 6 BGB (contracts for the supply of sound recordings where the seal has been broken).
To initiate a return of an unopened item, please contact us at returns@serakalo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for unopened items are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at returns@serakalo.com with a description and photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method.
